Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed regulation must have a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
Due to public health orders, the public hearing will be conducted virtually and streamed live on the district website. The the public can participate in the meeting via the Zoom webinar (visit mission.ca/publics-hearing for details and instructions), or provide feedback to Council in writing.
All written comments should include the author’s name and address, which will be part of the public record. All written submissions must be received through 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 15, 2021. You can submit your submission by:

Following the public hearing, the Commission will not receive any further information or submissions and may consider advancing the regulations for further reading. Copies of the proposed by-laws and reports relevant to those by-laws are available for inspection at City Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm, Friday, October 1, 2021 to Monday, October 18, 2021.
